I downloaded the binutils sources
<ftp://sourceware.org/pub/binutils/snapshots/binutils.tar.bz2>, as described in
the "Obtaining binutils" section on the page <http://sourceware.org/binutils/>.
The snapshot version is supposedly 2.24.51.20140311, but actually
2.24.51.20131021. The gitweb page
<https://sourceware.org/git/gitweb.cgi?p=binutils-gdb.git> shows that binutils
have made much progress since 2013-10-21.
