I tried compiling systemd 209 with the --enable-compat-libs option. This
configure switch creates compat libs using "__attribute ((ifunc ...))" to
generate the stub compat libs.
The failing command was:

-Wl,-soname -Wl,libsystemd-login.so.0 -o .libs/libsystemd-login.so.0.9.2
input_section->flags is 0x20011f
h->plt.offset is 0xffffffffffffffff
