Hi Yuri,
Thanks for reporting these problems and submitting a patch.
I have applied most of the patch. I left out two parts - the corrections to
config/tcl.m4 and the corrections to include/gdb/remote-sim.h. This is because
these files are maintained by other projects, (the config and gdb projects
respectively).
