While trying to compiler Linux 2.6.38-rc8-00065 on parisc64, as gets the
following error:

arch/parisc/kernel/pacache.S:1071: Error: .size expression does not evaluate to
a constant
GNU assembler version 2.21.0 (hppa-linux-gnu) using BFD version (GNU Binutils
for Debian) 2.21.0.20110302 from Debian package 2.21.0.20110302-2.
Preprocessed assembler file is attached. It looks quite normal, no typos in
symbol name. Line 1071 in original file is ".end".
