A large powerpc64 binary built using old-style startup files and libraries (ie.
using dot symbol references on calls) may result in segfaults if the binary
requires multiple toc sections. A call from libc_csu_init to _init doesn't use
a toc adjusting stub, resulting in _init running with the wrong toc pointer.
