I think I've got that correct. Attempting to build a cross-compile toolchain for an arm project (I literally want to apply a small patch in a project). This looks virtually exactly like this bug http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7026 However that was literally against version 2.19, while I am trying to compile version 2.19.1. The glitch was also in 2.17 which is what the project's pre-compiled toolchain came with.
