    Not really.  You could refer the reader to the binutils web site:

But, as I mentioned, we need one.  Although referring to the general web
site suffices for human questions, it doesn't help when other Texinfo
manuals need to do an @xref to a node inside the binutils manuals, or
for making links on web pages for that matter.  (Fortuitiously, the GCC
people just agreed to set up such a thing for the same reason.)

Would it be feasible to make, say, http://sourceware.org/binutils/docs/
simply a link to docs-2.18?  That seems like it might be simplest.

Another option would be to copy the tree to
http://gnu.org/software/binutils/manual.  If you don't mind the idea but
don't want to commit to updating such a thing yourself (although clearly
that would be ideal :), I could volunteer to do that much.
