Hi Vincent,
Using the USE_BINARY_FOPEN logic is the right way to go. It makes GAS
consistent with the BFD library and the linker. So I have applied the uploaded
patch to do this.

* configure.in: Run BFD_BINARY_FOPEN.

file to include.
