After downloading 2.16.1 and building all apps, I did a make install. This worked ok, because for instance my ld version 2.16.1. But when I change the runlevel at bootup to single, I get my "old" ld version back again!! How can it be that two versions of ld are on my system. Is it a install bug, or what?? How can I make sure that the ld version is the same on the system...
