Current behavior:
km@latika:~$ printf '%s\n' "${!COL@}"
COLORTERM

km@latika:~$ printf '%s\n' "${!C@}"

COLUMNS
COMP_WORDBREAKS
km@latika:~$ printf '%s\n' "${!@}"
km@latika:~$
I would expect the last command to print the names of all variables.
