Just for the record, "bash-hackers.org" is a third-party web site, not affiliated with the Free Software Foundation or with Chet Ramey. I'm not sure who operates it, but I bet there's a decent chance they'll see your messages here. So, you're mostly in the right place -- just keep in mind that it's not an officially supported site.
