I think it is confusing to have the arguments of a builtin command
translated by "help command" but in the subsequent explanation these
arguments ar in english. Assuming you have german locale files for bash
installed you will for example get the following:
LANG=de_DE help test
test: test [Ausdruck]
Evaluate conditional expression.
Exits with a status of 0 (true) or 1 (false) depending on
the evaluation of EXPR. Expressions may be unary or binary. Unary
expressions are often used to examine the status of a file. There
are string operators and numeric comparison operators as well.

While "Ausdruck" is an acceptable translation of "expression" it is
confusing to have it replaced by EXPR in the explanation. Either stick
to
test: test [expr]
or use AUSDRUCK in the explanation. My vote is for the former since that
kind of mixing languages is more cumbersome to read and scattered german
words will not help understanding it if one doesn't knew english.
