Hello, I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style improvement easier. bash.html [1] has the old kind of translation list at the bottom of the page; I propose to upgrade it to boilerplate 1.79 [2] (see the attached diff).
If you agree with the proposed changes but don't have time to commit them to CVS, I will be glad to do it (provided the repository isn't locked), with any further modifications you specify.
