read -e does not restore terminal settings correctly when interrupted if a trap is set

 any idea when the patch provided here 
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bash/2014-09/msg00031.html will be added 
to a release?

 I've tested it on 4.3.30 and it works.
