Hello,
In bash-4.2 in execute_cmd.c there is a usage of job_control that
isn't enclosed in "#if defined(JOB_CONTROL)" / "#endif". This causes a
compile failure on Minix since job_control is only defined if
JOB_CONTROL is defined. Patch attached.
