IIUC, This can be accomplished with process substitution:

myprogram 1> >(command1) 2> >(command2) 3> >(command3) etc.etc.

where command1 gets what myprogram writes to fd 1, command2 gets what 
myprogram writes to fd 2, etc.etc.

But maybe I'm not understanding correctly what you're looking for.
