Hello,
Please help or tell me where I can find help. yesterday evening I installed BASH v2.05 from the website:
http://www.osxgnu.org/software/Shells/bash/
Since then I cannot even open a Terminal in X11. This is a MAJOR DISASTER!
Is there a way to de-install BASH or set my system back to the way it was before the install? I really need a working Terminal... :-(
My system: MAC OS X Version 10.3.8 Build 7U16 on a dual G5 PowerPC.
I can open, but not use, the Console program, I get no prompt! However I do get the follwing output on the console:
