I extracted the content of the zip file in a folder called c:\brl. So th 
brltty.conf is in c:\brl\etc. brltty.exe is in c:\brl\bin.

In the task manager I can see the brltty.exe process, but I've no idea if it's 
possible to see which privileges it has.
