Your english is fine. I never could get brltty working with nvda. I did get it to work with narrator, but it seemed nvda and narrator use different drivers for my display. If I wanted to change from narrator to nvda or vice versa I had to change the default braille driver. Some of these folks will get you going. If not you could try narrator.
