I installed the package "Braille-console", however should something be
done to activate it?
For the momment, I have "??????" displayed on my screen.

There are various braile fonts in the console-braille package
https://packages.debian.org/buster/console-braille
http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/c/console-braille/console-braille_1.7.tar.gz
which can be loaded along your usual font.
