Hi, Laura, Rhonda, and all the ships at sea: Here's a nice, easy way to get on the downloads page for the upgrades. 1. Get on the Pulse Data home page. 2. Hit the letter S four times, so it sayys "Software downloads." 3. Hit Enter. 4. When you're on the "software downloads" page, hit S four times, so it says something like "sdw downloaads. 5. Hit Enter. Now, as Rhonda said, you'll be asked for your serial number and password, which is frog1. (You write all of this in computer braille.) I think, at that point, you get a "re-direction dialog" which takes you to the page, where you select the download you want. That's it. God bless. Bob and Maxy-wax
