[Braillenote] deleting in the address book

Is there a way to delete extra things out of those fields without clearing the 
whole field? I like
to put people in my book by cutting and pasting and when I paste e-mail 
addresses it always pastes the name too which I've already filled in.  Is there 
a way to get around  this or to be able to block off the name and delete it I 
haven't figured this out other than character by character and there's gotta ' 
a faster easier way.
