There are two things that I can suggest to you. They both don't involve re-installing KeySoft 5.1 all over again. The first is to go into the Manual folder on the Flash Disk, and make sure the only files you have are two EXE files. For a US BN BT, the files areus_bnb.exe andbnb.exe. For a US BN QT, it'sus_bnq.exe andbnq.exe. For a US VN BT it's us_vnb.exe and vnb.exe. For a US VN QT it's us_vnq.exe and vnq.exe. For the UK, the second files (such as bnb.exewere have the same name, but the files like us_bnb.exe would be called uk_bnb.exe instead. Anyway, once you have just these two files, you would reset, and the manual should come back. If it doesn't, you could try running each of these EXE files, one right after the other, from the Application Program. Run the one with the US or UK prefix first, and then the other. However, the first method should probably work. HTH. Maria
