Hi. This may have been discussed previously, but if so, I ignored the msgs
because my 5.1 installed easily. Yesterday, I was installing 5.1 for a
client; I downloaded the software with her serial number onto a compact
flash card.
After installation, I got the message, "Can not start planner ....". I did
the things suggested, i.e. reset, re-install of 5.1, etc. No luck. The
planner won't start, no matter what I try. I've tried all three resets,
reinstallation of the 5.1 software, etc. Upon the first attempt, I was
asked if I wanted to import the 2003 planner data; she hadn't used it in
'04. I said no to the iimport question, and the fun began. Any
suggestions? I'm not with her BN at the moment, so can't remember the
exact sequence where I was asked about importing, because I surmise that
the thing must have started to ask about importing. Any help is appreciated.
