Two quick things.
1. Is the function that you are talking about available on standard
calculators?
2. Although it is not available in the form that you want, it is possible to
do this by typing two different logs. For example, log2 8 would be
log8/log2.

Subject: [Braillenote] logarithm (keyplus) revisited
Hi all,
my math class final is in two weeks or so. I was wondering, for higher
mathematics, if a future version of keysoft would support logarithms other
than lN, e, and 10. For example, having the ability to type in a letter
command (maybe O?) for the begin calculation log5 3 =.6826. So, to make
this a bit easier, ... you can not do log5 3 =.6826 currently. I'm
suggesting this for the future. I think I'll cc support so they're aware
of this suggestion.
