So did you save your friend's address list or didn't they really
have one they wanted keeping?
Do you mean all the BrailleNotes you have had have been
secondhand?
It sounds a bit unfortunate that you have had to have four in two
months.
I have had this one, I think only sent in once for hardware
upgrade, for six years.
Admittedly, it was only lightly used in the first three years.
It was new when I got it.

I didn't get a loaner. It was one of my friends.
