Dear Kathy:
When you write B-chord, are you
getting the block command? I'm not sure
what you're using. If it's a VoiceNote,
the commands would be a little
different. So, let's try the first part
of the question, and we'll know where we
are. B-chord should say something like
"block commands menu." Tell me if you're
getting that.
