Yes, but a ledger can't write to it, and the bookie znode disappears, that
bookie is likely down or having a lot of trouble, so it's best for that ledger
to stop trying to write to it. Perhaps it would also be useful to add another
random delay also, so that every writer wouldn't rush somewhere else and maybe
cause trouble there also.
