loss and data inconsistency, I don't think we should handle in bookkeeper
level. it is easier to handle outside of bookkeeper.
I agree with your point. But with little extra care admin can take care of
movement of data from one directory to other, and can issue one admin command
to update the cookies. BookKeeper-494 serves the exact purpose of this Jira.
I will duplicate this with that.
