Good point, Jacob.
I have tried it both on Win 10 x64 (Insider) and Win 7 x64 ,
and the DIFFERENCE is:
When I try to close it on Win7 x64 , it properly asks for the
changes in Computer ..... admin rights , to close the service.
On Win 10 , *it does NOT ask for this!* So thats the source
of the problem, se it seems to me. :)
