This one happens when the time of day is here. And last night I also saw
03-Dec-2014 21:00:00 [---] Resuming computation

So e.g. all in one:
03-Dec-2014 20:17:22 [---] Suspending computation - time of day
03-Dec-2014 20:17:23 [---] Suspending network activity - time of day
03-Dec-2014 21:00:00 [---] Resuming computation
03-Dec-2014 21:00:00 [---] Resuming network activity

But these only show when the system automatically continues, not when
the user overrides through the activity menu.
And yes, at least the suspending - time of day show on the default log
flags: file_xfer, sched_ops, task startup, so I can only assume that
the "resuming" messages at time of day show then as well.
