Take a look at the Makefile for the example app in the BOINC source code.
The libs should be listed in it.  You may also find the BOINC wiki helpful.
It doesn't list the specific libs, but does list the steps required to build
BOINC apps such as how to configure the BOINC source, the prerequisites,
etc.   The wiki is located at
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/CompileApp# 

For more detailed step by step instructions on building BOINC applications,
SpyHill (home of Pirates@home) also has some pretty good documentation which
can be found at
