it seemed there is a lack of understanding on communication. This comment could be seen in different ways: a) it's a toxic praise b) it's an unwanted review c) it's treating the author like a pupil and rate the text with a school note. But in all cases the message send to the receiver is not positive. Thus I'd recommend to stop such comments (in public or private).
