It seems that the package did not call in all its dependencies:
python3-otr
python3-pyqt6.sip
python3-pyqt6
pyqt6-dev-tools
python3-pyqt6.qtwebchannel
python3-pyqt6.qtwebengine
python3-lxml-html-clean
python3-pyqt6.qtsvg
With these added manually via APT, Blink 6.0.1noble seems to run.
Blink runs and the EchoTest call plays back sounds.

PS. That is for Linux Mint 22.1 now, since I upgraded the distro from
Linux Mint 21.3 to see if that would help. It didn't but adding the
above packages solved the problem.
