Hello, I have a client that uses Blink on their Mac computers. They are working remotely and one user is having the error 'DNS Lookup Failed' appear next to her extension addresses when she tires to make a call. Under preferences for Blink there is the message: Registration failed: DNS lookup failed: Timeout in lookup for SIP URI sip: (DNS name of sip server)
They are using Tunnel Blick VPN to connect to their network. This is only effecting one user, all other users can connect to the VPN and have no problem connecting to the sip server. I added the sip server and local ip address to the host file on her Mac, and I routed all ipv4 traffic through the VPN. thanks for your help.
