Hi We have a 3CX server at work and I’ve been dealing with our administrators and we aren’t able to get presence working on Blink Pro. Calls work fine - it’s only the ability to obtain the list of office extensions and their presence information.
Are you able to help? Would you know the required settings either on your Blink client or on the 3CX server (or both)? Thanks. Best regards Jimmy Imossi
