This might be related to the other errors because URI parsing uses the Engine’s
internals, which are not fully initialised because it failed.

This is the relevant part. I’m not sure how your ffmpeg / libx264 combo is
compiled, but we are not finding a compatible H264 in there, hence the error.
You can try to set the default codec to VP8.
