We are working on sharing tab groups among users. To have a better user
experience for informing what is being shared, we want to check if anyone
has any idea what's the % of pages that doesn't have titles in the source.
Also the % of pages that Chrome fall backs to use the URL as page title ("
https://www.google.com/xyz"->"google.com/xyz").
