Hi Daniel, Hearthstone is fully playable if you install the hearthstone mod. I've been playing for a couple of years and I have to say the mod is really good, so good in fact that it makes the game feel like accessibility is natively built in that it runs so smoothly with the game and puts us on a very similar playing field to sighted people. I'll put a link below to the webpage for the mod, it gives full instructions on how to get the mod working, but its pretty straight forward, you just install hearthstone through the battle.net client like you've already done, then just download the mod, unzip it and then place the mod files in the hearthstone program folder on your PC. Like I said its really straight forward but the mod page will give you all the information you need. I love playing hearthstone and think the mod is really good, it makes playing the game fully accessible and is a ton of fun. Anyway link to the hearthstone mod page (which is called hearthstone access) is below:

Hi. Well someone said, i have to download mods for games in order for them to work. That's all i know. That was, why i am asking. I am just repeating what i have been told. *grins* I mean, some games there do cost and before i spend money on a game that might not work for us, i felt it would be better to ask.
