Hello, I have installed LFS 6.1 with no problem on my PC. Then I installed nano as described in BLFS 6.1 But then I discovered that the CTRL key was't working in Nano. So I installed Joe and I had the same problem. I did a research on this mailing list but no result. As my keyboard is an azerty one, My LANG variable is set to fr_FR.ISO-8859-15 I have the line KEYMAP=fr-latin 9 in the /etc/sysconfig/console file G_FILENAME_ENCODING is set to @locale I don't see where the problem could come from. What is surprising is when loading LFS LiveCD 6.1 and having the same environment as described above, the CTRL key works fine in Nano or Joe. Thanks a lot if you can help me Yves
