I'm putting a fresh system onto the skylake i3 which used to be my
home server, using LFS (and eventually BLFS) from a few days ago.
Got to bison-3.4.2, and it failed catastrophically:
cp: cannot create regular file 'examples/c/reccalc/scan.stamp': File exists
Long story short - on my Picasso (September/October) and Haswell i7
(the same scripts and versions I'm using here) -j8 builds of
bison-3.4.2 were fine.
In my Skylake i3 -j4 failed. Using -j1 on the Skylake seems to
have solved the problem.

We've all got both light and dark inside of us.
What matters is the part we choose to act on.
