GNOME TWEAKS 3.34.0 requires libhandy (

GIR files and libraries from:
GLib (>= 2.58)
GTK+ 3 (>= 3.12)
gnome-desktop (>= 3.30)
libhandy
libsoup
libnotify
Pango

libhandy does not seem to be used anywhere in gnome-tweaks. The only
place 'handy' is mentioned in my build directory is in NEWS and
README.md. It is not mentioned at all in my build log.
It's a new runtime dependency in 3.34.0. Without libhandy it won't start. It's
referenced with "Handy-0.0" (gobject typelib).
And epiphany also depends on libhandy (optionally, without system libhandy it
would use shipped version).
What a PITA. According to Arch, they don't release a tarball. You can
only get it from git.
How should we handle this? Create our own tarball?
