I usually (since 66.0) build cbindgen on the fly (as one of the very
first steps during firefox build) and catch the "good" version to be built
from these two locations in the FF tree:

     taskcluster/scripts/misc/build-cbindgen.sh
     build/moz.configure/bindgen.configure
