Noted, Many Thanks.. It won't be right now, as there is many dependencies on GIMP.
(working on LVM2, to do some experiments for now...).

And last but not least, we remind everyone that GIMP has already
had WebP support since GIMP 2.10.0!

On falkon I can see the animation (a penguin and some furry animal
on a swing).  On firefox I get text telling my that my browser does
not support WebP yet.

The previous text suggests it is fixed in ff65.  I'll need to move
by build of libwebp earlier, to be ready.
