I've now updated these, at

Took a while, I didn't see any point in doing it until another
top-level module was added (DateTime::Calendar::Julian in this case)
and that had a lot of dependencies.
I will note now that for some of the early modules I believed the
listed prerequisites :-( For most recent modules I've taken the
time to see if thy are really needed, and if they are not then I
mostly omit them.
I estimate there are only another 20 to 30 modules to do, so this
should be done by Christmas. Note that I'm not saying _which_
Christmas.
