Gave this a few hours this evening, fell back to trying to create a
dummy modules page with one module, and very cut down from the
Python modules (after trying, and totally failing, to link to a
simple perl module from a new-perl-modules page). Still getting DTD
breakage, failure to read the included module, and in this case it
breaks up on the fields of the xinclude statement.
At this point, I would be happy to never see docbook again.
