We are at ImageMagick-6.9.9-35. The current version is
ImageMagick-6.9.10-10.
The only packages that use this are emacs (optional) and inkscape
(recommended).
Do we need to update or is the current version good enough?
Looking at the change log, I don't think we need to update because we
are only installing libraries, but am throwing it out for comment. The
edited changelog between current and our last release is below.
