That's one fix, yes. But the issue should be fixed in clang as well.

Does your clang -v output contain something like:

Found candidate GCC installation: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-
gnu/7.2.0
Selected GCC installation: /usr/bin/../lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-
gnu/7.2.0

The files that can't be found above are located in that directory on my
system.
