Thanks Wayne. They did a stealth update without changing the version
number.
Doing a diff between repos, they removed 102 directories/files. All were like:
plugins/foo_faac/CVS/Root
the key being that CVS was in every entry.
Will update at nex commit.

Was one of the files removed the configure script?
The configure script is missing,
looks like a autoreconf -fi is in order.
It need ./bootstrap. I'll fix.
