[blfs-dev] opencv

During testing, I built opencv.  The build size was 2.6G, but the book 
has 528 MB,  time was 8.5 SBU vs book 5.5 SBU.  I did use -DWITH_IPP=ON 
which the book does not have.

Ken, you last touched this package.  Do these numbers seem consistent 
with what you got?
